I'm in the process of writing a screenplay, but I'm having trouble finding actors. It's a satire about small town life with some allusions to Tokyo Story.

First Day of the New Semester

Today is the first day of the 2009 Fall semester at Lander University. I didn't sleep at all which will cost me, since I will go to school from 9:45am - 4:30pm with no lunch break. This morning has been most unusual. After pulling an all nighter with Fallout 3 on the PS3 (fuck you Mircosoft this is the second red ring and your customer service is shit) I began to ride my bike to Mcdonalds since they graciously gave me a two page spread of coupons. After realizing that a McCafe was too far of a bike ride away I began to ride in the opposite direction towards the local Waffle House. 

The Waffle House didn't have a bike rack so I locked my bike on a handicap parking sign. I had two coffee and two original cheeseburgers. I was surrounded by regulars and I was treated with dignity by my server. After my impromptu breakie I decide that the diner was cashed and headed towards school. On the way to school I heard a chorus of frogs inside a flooded pothole near where the delivery trucks park. I would have never noticed it if I decided to take my car to school.
